Apply to Arcada's master's degree programmes in English, 14–28.3!

The time has come to apply to Arcada’s master’s degree programmes starting in autumn of 2018. The application period, which has now begun, ends on 28 March, at 3 pm. Finnish time. During the same application period you can also apply to Arcada’s master’s and bachelor’s degree programmes in Swedish, as well as the English bachelor's degree programme in Materials Processing Technology.

Do you need to update your know-how and competences? Are you aiming at a leadership position or a job in the field of research and development? Arcada’s master’s degree programmes offers the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career. To apply to the flexible studies, which can be completed alongside full-time work, you need a suitable bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant work experience.

Arcada currently offers five master’s degree programmes in English:

Big Data Analytics
Global Health Care
International Business Management
Media Management
Real Estate Energy

The deadline for applying is 28 March 2018, at 3 pm. Finnish time.

Coastal reed harvesting and the utilisation of reed accelerate the blue economy – the first Reed Fair in Helsinki

Reed is a versatile and renewable raw material. Utilising it can help reduce nutrient loading in the Baltic Sea and replace fossil-based raw materials. The Reed to Revenue - BalticReed Fair will be held at Arcada University of Applied Sciences on 29 January, gathering professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs and decision-makers to explore the sustainable utilisation of reed materials and their business potential. The public and media are invited to participate.

Arcada's sustainability work highlighted in national collection of articles

A new collection of articles on sustainable development highlights how Finnish universities of applied sciences are working to promote a more sustainable society. The collection, published as part of Arene's sustainability and responsibility programme, contains a total of 29 articles from 20 universities of applied sciences, including Arcada.
