Arcada follows the principles of open science. We are committed to fostering an open research culture and promoting open access to scientific publications, research data, research methods, as well as education and teaching materials.
Open Science at Arcada
Arcada has signed the “Declaration on Open Science and Research 2025–2030 ” As a member of the Finnish research community, Arcada takes its responsibility seriously and continues its efforts to support and encourage researchers at Arcada to work in line with the declaration. In 2025, 70 percent of all research publications were openly accessible.
