The impact of social media marketing and platform-based economies on the Finnish food industry was the focus of my research paper. This issue appealed to me because I’ve worked in the restaurant industry in Finland on several occasions.
The study explores the challenges and opportunities that have arisen during Covid as higher education moved to distance learning. This is done by conducting a holistic literature review on the subject.
The year 2020 was a very different year than what we students are used to. It was a year of big changes and new learnings but most of all it was a year of adaptation.
