Media Management and Leadership deepens your knowledge about key issues in the media industry and it will prepare you to better manage your organization.

 At the end of the course you will: 

  • Demonstrate a solid and up to date understanding of key issues in contemporary media industries, business models and media management
  • Display an evidence-based approach to the changing media industry and the operational improvement of media organizations
  • Have an ability to approach issues and competencies analytically and communicatively in a problem-solving manner

Studies can be done on campus or online.

The project Functional ability for older adults – Work ability for staff (TOTY) has been selected as one of the winners of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health's national innovation competition, The Future of Care Work. The innovation is an operating model based on reablement, offering dual benefits: older adults receive support to live more independently at home, while social and healthcare professionals with partial work ability are given the opportunity to continue working within the sector.
