    This course does not require any previous experience or knowledge in the field. Course participants will be introduced to the fundamentals.

    For students with prior experience in the field or basic knowledge of the tools used we recommend our course Visual media design and production.

Do you want to learn how to design interfaces that engage and convert? This course will walk you through different techniques for interaction design with a strong focus on customer-centric thinking, technological fluency, and innovation. This course is part of the Creative Content and Experience Insight Series.

You’ll learn to create intuitive, responsive interfaces for websites and applications that not only attract users - but keep them coming back. Highlighting the role of innovative digital design and emerging technologies, including AI, the course equips you with the skills needed to create interfaces for websites and applications that are not only engaging but also effective in attracting and retaining customers. Through practical projects, you will apply these skills in real-world contexts, emphasizing the strategic use of emerging technologies such as AI for marketing objectives to enhance customer engagement. By the end of the course, you’ll be fully equipped to design, develop, and manage a comprehensive website aligned with the latest trends in digital design and user experience.

What You’ll Learn
