This course gives you advanced knowledge and practical skills to use financial data for effective business decision-making. You will learn to analyse performance, prepare budgets, interpret financial statements and conduct investment calculations.
Through lectures, assignments and applied exercises, you will develop a holistic understanding of financial management as both a statutory function and a strategic partner for growth. The course also highlights ethical, sustainable and data-driven decision-making in modern business environments.

This programme is designed for professionals who hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of work experience gained after completing their higher education degree.
