Are you applying to an international bachelor's degree programme at Arcada? On these pages you will find all the information you need.

There are two application periods for those applying to an English-taught bachelor's degree programme at Arcada: separate application and joint application.

Separate application 13 November 2025–21 May 2026 

For applicants who wish to apply to

  • Information Technology
  • International Business
  • Mechanical and Sustainable Engineering

through

  • an SAT test or
  • an OMPT test or
  • a certificate/diploma of completed upper secondary education from one of the following countries: Estonia, India, Latvia, Morocco, Turkey or Vietnam.

Joint application 7–21 January 2026

For applicants who wish to apply to

  • Nursing TopUp
  • Information Technology
  • International Business
  • Mechanical and Sustainable Engineering.

Nursing TopUp is for applicants holding a

  • nursing degree from outside the EU/EEA.

The business and engineering programmes are for applicants holding one of the following:

  • Finnish 12-year education
  • International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma education
  • European Baccalaureate (EB) education
  • Reifeprufung/Deutsches Internationales Abitur.
