The logic of leadership needs to change as the majority now work in a different way than before. But what kind of leadership will bring a sense of community and meaning to work in the post-pandemic reality?

The need for new and different physical work environment

Many employees often work from home and visit their offices continuously but not constantly. The physical building will take on a new importance in the future. What can a building support and what should it look like for maximum well-being and high productivity.

Need for changing our understanding of work intensity and the work-life balance
