Understanding key aspects of hospitality management, such as proactive management of services and revenue, is crucial to success in the hospitality industry. Learn how to plan and sell services by customer segment, how to analyze results and give suggestions for improvements to maximise profit in the hospitality industry.

This course will have a strong focus on revenue management. The primary aim of revenue management is selling the right product to the right customer at the right time for the right price. The essence of this discipline is in understanding customers' perception of product value and accurately aligning product prices, placement and availability with each customer segment. During this course you will also get an overview of operations management in the hospitality industry.

The course is held online, with the possibility of attending voluntary activities on campus if desired. Lectures will be held online at the following times:
