What does it take to move from being a specialist to a strategic leader in today’s rapidly evolving business environment? In today’s interconnected and data-rich economy, companies must rethink how they create value, compete, and grow. This course prepares you to lead that change.
Course overview
This course is designed to deepen your knowledge and understanding of different business models, with a focus on digitalisation, sustainability and innovation. You will explore how organisations create value in changing markets and how new technologies influence business development.
Through lectures and practical exercises, the course covers generic business strategies, disruptive innovation, business model development, sustainable development, platform business models, and the basics of AI, machine learning and analytics.
Who is this programme for
This programme is intended for applicants who hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of relevant work experience gained after completing their higher education degree. It is suitable for professionals who want to further develop their expertise and advance their careers.
