Research and development day 2026 – together for knowledge and impact
- Jan-Magnus Janssons plats 1, 00560 Helsingfors
On 18 March, we open the doors to the campus and invite everyone curious about research, development, and the future of learning to an inspiring afternoon filled with new insights and practical knowledge.
What is a digital twin, and how can humanoid robots be useful in early childhood education? During the afternoon, you will see and hear how digitalization, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration are shaping the future of education and research in practice.
During the event, you can take part in guided tours of our inspiring environments:
- Arcada Health Tech Hub
- Arcada Sustainability and Tech Lab
- Arcada AI and Human Interaction Hub
- Arcada Patient Safety and Learning Centre
You will meet experts, learn about current projects, and experience concrete examples of how research creates value—for students, working life, and society.
The afternoon concludes with a screening of student-produced short films.
Register for the event here and take part in an afternoon where knowledge turns into impact.
