At Arcada, we offer physiotherapy services tailored to your individual needs and goals. Our clinic is located on our campus in Arabianranta. Appointments take place in modern physiotherapy and exercise facilities. In some cases, remote appointments are also available.

During our first weeks of operation, we are offering physiotherapy services at introductory prices.
- One visit (60 minutes) for 29 €
- Two 60-minute visits for 39 €
Students, pensioners, unemployed individuals, and Arcada staff also receive an additional 15 % discount on the introductory prices listed above.

Who can benefit from our services?
You may benefit from physiotherapy with us if you:
- experience pain or stiffness that affects your daily life
- would like to improve your strength, balance, or mobility
- need support to get started with exercise
- are recovering from an illness or injury
- would like to maintain your functional ability
Our services are particularly aimed at individuals whose mobility and functional ability may be affected by ageing, illness, pain, disability, or changes in life circumstances.
What can I expect during a visit?
Your visit is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
You may receive support with:
- assessment of your mobility and functional ability
- exercise and personalised training programmes
- guidance and advice
- monitoring your progress
During your first visit, we will discuss your situation, goals, and any concerns or symptoms you may have. Together, we will develop a plan for your ongoing physiotherapy.
Who will I meet?
You will meet a physiotherapy student who will plan and deliver your physiotherapy together with you. The student works under the supervision of licensed physiotherapists, who are responsible for the quality of the service and the client care process.
Other physiotherapy students may also be present during your visit as part of their education and training.

Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral to book an appointment with us.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event of illness or another sudden and unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Who is responsible for the service?
Our physiotherapy services are provided by physiotherapy students under the supervision of licensed physiotherapists. The supervising physiotherapists are responsible for supervision, service quality, and the client care process.
Can I book a remote appointment?
In some cases, we may offer remote appointments, for example for follow-up visits, exercise guidance, or counselling. The suitability of a remote appointment is always assessed based on your individual needs and situation.
How is my personal data processed?
