Carl Stjernberg

Carl has worked with job search coaching and other work life related topics for eight years. For two years he worked for a company which produces job search courses, and for the last six years he has worked for SVEPS Youth Workshop in Helsinki. Carl has a Master Degree in Pedagogics from the University of Helsinki

Ville Peltonen, Job coach 

Ville Peltonen

Ville has worked as a job coach and social worker within mental and misuse services for five years. Nowadays he works with outreaching youth work at SVEPS Youth Workshop in Helsinki. Ville has a Bachelor Degree in Social Services from Novia University of Applied Sciences in Turku.

Thomas Ketchell

Thomas Ketchell is the CEO and co-founder of Sutori, a digital learning tool which promotes collaboration and engagement in the classroom. Sutori enables teachers and students to create interactive stories which include not only text and images, but also video, audio, web resources and quiz questions. The platform is used by over one million educators and students across the globe.

He has been recognized as a Forbes 30 under 30 honoree for education and has worked on environmental projects in Australia, Kenya, and China. He has a degree in History & Contemporary Chinese Studies from the University of Nottingham with a Masters degree in Business and Development from the University of Brussels. Thomas is formerly an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the University of Massachusetts helping students launch their ventures.

”Leading your emotions – a necessary superskill of the future”

Camilla Tuominen

Camilla Tuominen (MSc. Econ., Psychology basic studies) is a surprising combination of many things: a speaker, author, illustrator and startup founder. She’s employing her versatile skills to help people in understanding and leading their emotions, as emotional intelligence is key to both personal and business success.

In her youth, she was always supposed to become an artist or a psychologist but ended up becoming a management consultant in busy business life. In 2012, she made a 180 degree turn by founding an emotion start-up which led to emotion trainings, illustrations and to several published books. She has also done a TEDx talk.

She has worked with hundreds of companies in training them to understand emotions. Her clients include some of the largest companies in Finland, like Kone, LähiTapiola, F-Secure, Sanoma Media Finland and the Foreign Ministry.
