Today, the 21 first nurses specialised in osteoporosis care in Finland completed their training. The specialisation offered by Arcada is unique - for the first time, nurses who have already worked in the field can receive extensive training in the field.

Last semester was hectic, to say the least, for German exchange student Enrico Berardone at Arcada. Not only did he get to experience life in a new country while adding a number of business courses to the degree in industrial engineering he’s studying towards.
In the beginning of 2018 Arcada successfully completed its first educational training in Pakistan at the University of Education. As a result of the well-received training, Arcada is now looking to further strengthen its presence on the Pakistani education market.
After graduating as an assistant nurse Nimo Ahmed knew that she wanted to continue her studies and become a registered nurse. Arcada UAS has given her new motivation and combines theory with practice in a way that both inspires and challenges.
