This course in Hospitality Management will include:
- Operative leadership within the hospitality industry
- Global Distribution Systems
- Key concepts in Revenue Management: pricing, customer behaviour and supply/demand
By the end of the course you will understand how to plan and sell services by customer segment within the hospitality industry. You will be able to analyse results and make improvements to maximize profit.
This course can be taken entirely online, with optional campus attendance for workshops if desired. You can choose to take it as a single course or as a part of the larger educational package “Tourism in a changing world” (30 ECTS).
