If you have a bachelor's degree, are in working life, and want to develop your work competence within the field of health promotion, then this is the programme for you!

Our goal is to educate experts for development tasks and the production of services within the area of health promotion. Educational goals within the program are to develop a deeper understanding and knowledge of the adult person's health in different kinds of life situations and health and social care contexts.

Professional goals are focused on strategies and evidence based practice for promoting health and welfare at both an individual and societal level. These goals are supported by proactive research and development cooperation with companies, authorities and organisations.

The master's thesis is focused on development issues rooted in specific problems in working life. The studies are multi-format in nature with an average of two in-service training days per month and can be realised together with your main employment.
