Trainees

All our programs include a mandatory trainee period, which comprehends at least 30 study points. In general the practical training includes one general and one specialized trainee period. When recruiting a trainee you have the opportunity to get acquainted with a potential colleague. You can also teach the trainee the desired skills of your future employee.

The trainee may be employed e.g.

• to substitute ordinary employees during their vacations
• for projects
• on temporary contracts
  

The trainee may enrich your company with new insights and ideas, and when your organisation later needs a new employee is the trainee already familiar with your organisation and its procedures.

Your contact person during the trainee period will be the Head of Programme for each degree programme. He/she will provide you with further information about trainee procedures when requested.
