We are here to help and answer your questions. But due to the large volume of enquiries we receive we ask that you:

We strive to respond to your enqueries as soon as possible, but because we recieve so many, there might be a slight delay in our response.

Visiting hours: During ongoing application you can pop in  Mo- Thur 10-14.00. Please set up an apointment  if you want to make sure there is someone in the office or if you want to come outside of the mentioned times.
Closed on 25 January 2012 do to staff training.
 

Documents may be mailed to Arcada, Admissions Office, Jan-Magnus Janssonin aukio 1, 00550 Helsinki or delivered in person. The Admissions office is located in the C-wing on the third floor- follow the pink dots on the floor starting from the main entrance! Documents can also be left in the mailbox outside Arcada's main entrance.

All questions regarding visa, the financing of studies or accommodation are to be directed to the appropriate authority, organization or company in question.
