Application Timetable

Application to degree programmes conducted in English at universities of applied sciences (UAS) takes place through a system of joint application.

Important dates

9 January - 14 February 2012: Application online at www.admissions.fi. The online application form is available only during the application period.

24 February 2012: Deadline for copies of required documents. The documents have to be at the admissions office of your first choice UAS by 24 February 2012 at 4.15 pm Finnish time. Postal stamp not considered.

March 2012: Invitations to entrance examination are sent out to all eligible applicants. Non-eligible applicants also receive a response to their application.

April 2012: Entrance examinations to Nursing, International Business and Plastics Technology are held at Arcada. Entrance examinations to the Degree Programmes in International Business and Plastics Technology are also held abroad.

17 July 2012: Results are announced, at the latest.

31 July 2012: Deadline for admitted students to confirm their study place. The academic year 2012 begins at the end of August 2012.
